Olivia successfully ran her first MILE race this week. She was very nervous about it. But I told her that if I could do it, so could she. And it was OK if she had walk a little. Finishing was the goal. She ran the race with her friend Savannah Nicholls (daughter of Colleen, my running partner--see post below). She worked hard, walked a little, ran a lot, and finished strong. I am really proud of her for doing something scary but worth it. She did a great job!
